Bellingham leaves fans stunned with Spanish interview before leading Real chant

Jude Bellingham has once again left fans speechless – this time with his linguistic skills after seemingly mastering the Spanish language.

The 20-year-old is a contender to win the next Ballon d’Or having helped Real Madrid win the LaLiga and Champions League titles in his first season.

With 23 goals and 13 assists from 42 games in all competitions as a midfielder, the ex-Borussia Dortmund star has established himself as one of the world’s best players.

And he has now earned the praise from supporters for his commitment to learning Spanish, with a video showing the England international speaking it flawlessly.

In a full interview with Real Madrid TV inside the Bernabeu during Madrid’s Champions League parade, he said: “I’m very happy because I have all my family here.

“Not my actual family, but this team is amazing. Every day it’s a pleasure to work with them. I’m very happy here.”

He added: “It’s incredible because I have the pleasure to play with the best players in the world and it’s easy when you play with them.

“My Spanish is good but not perfect so excuse me, I’m sorry, but I try. For the last time this season, Hala Madrid!”

Later on during Real’s parade, Bellingham then took centre stage with the mic in his hand, where he led fans in singing the iconic chant ‘Como no te voy a querer’.

Again speaking fluent Spanish, the supporters in attendance loudly joined in as his teammates danced and cheered him on in the background.

Fans quickly took to social media to hail Bellingham’s efforts, as one X user said: “That is insane, speaking Spanish better than I speak English ffs.”

Another messaged: “What a man deserves it all. His attitude is his best attribute.”

Attention for Bellingham will now turn towards Euro 2024, where he will be hoping his stunning season ends with further silverware.
