Subcontractors have been reporting payment problems for weeks at jobs run by the Surrey based business.
One subbie working with the firm in Scotland said: “Sites in Scotland were cleared two weeks ago with subcontractors removing materials beforehand due to persistent delays in payments.
“We also heard there have been redundancies at their joinery shop and a string of winding-up petitions issued against them.”
The Chessington based contractor has been in business for 30 years specialising in luxury fit-out work across the hotel, museum, residential, and bespoke joinery sectors.
Latest accounts for the year to December 31 2022 show a turnover of £139.3m generating a pre-tax profit of £7.2m while the company employed 256 staff.
The company began trading under an Employee Ownership Trust in 2021.
