Traitors season three made its highly anticipated premiere on Wednesday and Armani has already been heavily embroiled in a wave of criticism.
The London-based financial investigator was branded the “worst traitor ever,” as fans called out her “annoying” habit on social media.
During the episode, host Claudia Winkleman revealed that Armani, Minah Shannon and Linda had been selected as Traitors.
Throughout the show, they are tasked with convincing the rest of the players that they’re also Faithfuls so they can steal the whole prize pot for themselves in the end.
However, as the episode went on viewers were concerned the 27-year-old would be found out early on because she was “talking too much.”
After being inundated with backlash across all social media platforms, the star responded to the criticism with a hilarious meme-style video.
In the clip, she posed with a grin alongside a caption that read: “What that mouth do?” before she poked fun at herself with a face-paced snippet of her talking, captioned: “Talk too damn much.”
Armani also took to the comments after a fan wrote: “You took me out when you were telling the other traitors to get on your level,” and remarked: “Pure audacity by me.”
Another viewer pointed out: “When you were telling the other traitors to talk more,” she replied and admitted it was “A little cheeky.”
The show kicked off with two major changes, one of which saw Claudia abruptly reveal that one person in each of the three carriages had to leave the train and the show.
Jack, Alexander and Fozia eventually volunteered to leave, but it remains to be seen if they will later return to the show or if they are actually gone for good.
Later in the show, Claudia also told the contestants that when people are eliminated, they will no longer reveal whether they are Traitors or Faithful.
On the first night, the Traitors murdered Yin, who was then eliminated from the show as a result of the new rule, her identity on the show remains a mystery to the 23 other contestants.
