Apple’s dedicated weather app appears to be down for many iPhone users, leaving them unable to see the forecast.
The social media platform X is flooded with users expressing frustration about the glitch, with posts starting around 12:00pm ET.
The issue seems to be worldwide, with people from the US, UK and parts of Europe sharing they have been impacted.

Instead of showing live forecasts, the app shows a blank screen with just the location when opening the app.
The issue was first reported by 9to5Mac, but Apple’s service page shows ‘Weather’ is experiencing issues.
The site shows that ‘all users are affected.’
While users can surf the web for their area’s forecast, the app comes preloaded on iPhones, making it a go-to for users.
‘Luckily I don’t have to rely on it as my only weather source. Thanks to the five other weather apps on my phone I’m good,’ one user shared on X.
Some users have found the app is not working on their Apple Watch either – showing a blank spot where the temperatures typically sits.
One X user thought the heatwave currently hitting Arizona broke the app.
