An alligator was spotted underneath shopping carts outside a supermarket in Summerville, South Carolina, on June 25.
Video recorded by Lisa Royal shows the area outside Publix taped off from shoppers.
“Y’all this is happening right now,” Royal says in the video in disbelief. “There’s an alligator under the shopping carts outside.”
Speaking to Storyful, Royal said she was making a quick trip to the store when she noticed the yellow tape, causing her to pause outside the entrance.
