Alec Baldwin was seen clutching champagne as he fled New Mexico following the shock dismissal of charges against him in his Rust shooting case.
The actor, his wife and their children were seen bundling onto a private plane at Albuquerque International Sunport Airport.
It came just hours after the collapse of his trial over the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, who was killed when Baldwin unknowingly fired a live gun on the set of his movie Rust in October 2021.Â
On Friday, a judge ruled that crucial evidence had been mishandled and charges were dropped.Â
Just a day later, the actor, 66, was seen loading hand luggage including several bottles of liquor onto the chartered jet and was observed handing a bottle of champagne to his chauffeur, tipping his staff and giving cash to his baggage handlers.

Baldwin cut a more relaxed figure than has been seen in court, sporting an open collared shirt and jacket for the journey.
His wife, Hilaria, opted for a pink two-piece outfit and was spotted carrying one of their seven children as she boarded the plane.
Among the luggage was a shopping bag for Eternity, a men’s and women’s wear boutique in Santa Fe where the trial had been taking place.
The couple had been seen out celebrating the dismissal of the charges last night.
Baldwin beamed as he was joined by actor brother Stephen and sister Beth as he headed to the Casa Chimayo Restaurant.

Hilaria, who has been a mainstay throughout the trial, arrived later to the party.
When the case was dismissed early Friday evening, she was seen embracing Baldwin for some time as he broke down in tears at the result.
The charges were dismissed with prejudice, meaning prosecutors cannot bring the same charges against him in the case and the trial is permanently dismissed.
He was greeted by cheers from fans as he arrived a the restaurant and flashed his supporters a thumbs up.
However, Hutchins’ widow and the father of her son Matthew Hutchins has since come out to state he hopes that Baldwin will still be held accountable.
The movie’s armourer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed, 26, was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter earlier this year.
She was later jailed for 18 months, a sentence Baldwin had faced if found guilty.Â
