For Britons looking to spoil their dads this Father’s Day with a home-cooked meal, Aldi has brought back a fan-favourite meat product.
The supermarket said: “Aldi is making an offer dads can’t refuse this Father’s Day with its iconic line-up of deliciously succulent steaks.
“Fathers and father figures alike can feast like kings in the comfort of their own home, whilst enjoying a restaurant quality steak for a fraction of the price.

For sons and daughters prepared to splash out a bit more, Aldi’s NEW Gastro Specially Selected Wagyu T-Bone Steak (655g) is available for £20.73. Expect to “impress with a sizzling sensation” and “win dad’s heart”.
Aldi said: “Relaxed and left on the bone to deliver exquisite tenderness, this prime steak combines succulent sirloin and fillet to offer a mouth-watering combo fit for a King.”
The discount supermarket also announced the launch of its NEW Specially Selected Mega Teriyaki Beef Kebabs (£5.49) – “guaranteed to keep dad fed and full with a whopping 600g of meat”.
Customers can expect “generously portioned strips of tender, premium beef marinated in a sweet, tangy teriyaki sauce for a juicy explosion of flavour”.
Aldi shoppers can also snap up a beverage to go with their steak of choice. Aldi’s award-winning Specially Selected Argentinian Malbec (£6.29, 75cl) is “a rich and flavoursome red with delicious dark berry notes that are perfect with red meats”.
Aldi’s Father’s Day Steak range will be available in-store and via Click & Collect from June 13.
