Adam Peaty‘s ex-girlfriend Eirianedd Munro shared a sweet post on her social media page to mark the former couple’s son’s fourth birthday.
The Team GB Olympic swimmer, 29, announced his engagement to Gordon Ramsay‘s daughter Holly, 24, on Thursday.
Meanwhile, one day earlier, Eiri paid tribute to their son George by sharing a series of sweet snaps to Instagram – with Holly liking the post.
She wrote in the caption: ‘Happy birthday to the brightest star in the universe. Four years of the most warm and radiant light. Four years of the most glorious and contagious joy.
‘Four years of the most gentle and chaotic energy. What an honour to know you and to know that I am yours and you are mine.’

Adam also wished their son a happy birthday the day before announcing his engagement to Holly.
His post read: ‘Happy 4th Birthday to my beautiful George. I could never describe in words how much I love you. You are growing so fast and it’s incredible to see you learn, play, laugh, show emotion, care and get excited for marvel. I can’t wait to see what this next year brings for you and hopefully, I can help guide you through it.’
The former couple welcomed son George together back in 2020 and later split in 2022.
His son George was just two years old at the time. Announcing the news via social media, Adam wrote: ‘Eiri and George, I’m sorry for letting you down. My only interest is for the well-being of our family at this difficult time.’
Eirianedd took to her own social media to announce the split, predicting she would face an ‘incredibly difficult’ future.
Their split was in part put down to the doomed ‘Strictly curse’ after Adam raised eyebrows with his on screen chemistry with pro-partner Katya Jones on the dance floor.
Yet the pair now appear on good terms with each other.
It comes after Holly and Adam announced their engagement on social media.
The couple, who have been dating for three years, shared the news in sweet Instagram posts on Thursday as Holly showed off her dazzling yellow diamond engagement ring in snaps from their holiday in Mallorca.

Holly and Adam complemented each other’s posts by including bible verses after the Olympic swimmer revealed religion had saved him from addiction .
Influencer Holly was the first to share the news as she posted a series of sweet snaps together and wrote: ‘I am marrying my best friend. I truly cannot put into words how I am feeling right now. I still remeber [sic] how big my smile was the morning I got home from my first date with you.
‘Thank you for letting the little girl inside of me feel loved, seen and happier than ever. I love you & I cannot wait to be your wife.’
She went on to reference Adam’s son George, who he shares with ex-girlfriend Eirianedd Munro.
Holly continued: ‘I promise to always be there with you and George, I’m so greatful [sic] to be in his life and I cannot wait for more.
‘And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13’.
Adam also shared a gushing post announcing the news, which comes after he made a decision to take a break from swimming.
In his heartfelt post, he praised his fiancée for sticking with him through his ‘lowest times’, following his highly-publicised battle with alcoholism and mental health.
He penned: ‘I can’t believe you’re going to be my wife. I’m truly the luckiest man on earth to have such a gentle, caring and beautiful woman by my side. You fill my heart to the brim and give my soul peace.

Holly’s father Gordon shared a sweet congratulatory message
‘You have been with me when I’ve been at my lowest and helped me understand myself to navigate my own darkness.
‘You have also celebrated the highs which have been so many, as for the first time in my life, I’m happy with the man I’ve become. You came to church with me and joined the incredible community we have there without a question.’
Adam continued: ‘Your family have always treated me so generously with their time, emotion and trust. I can’t wait to be joined with them too.
‘I’ve always believed that when two people are engaged and later married that we are no longer two people but we join as one and it’s the biggest privilege to share that with you.
‘Seeing you show the love you give to the most important person in my life, George, even from day one, there was never a question about you becoming my wife one day. I’m looking forward to our life together and the many challenges we’ll face.
‘I promise to always love you with all my heart.

The couple were immediately flooded with congratulatory messages, with Holly’s famous father Gordon Ramsay penning: ‘Congratulations to you both ! We’re over the moon and enjoy this moment ! Welcome to the family❤️’
Thought to be worth £610 million, Gordon has six children with his wife Tana, 49, Megan, 26, twins Holly and Jack, 24, Tilly, 22, Oscar, five and Jesse, eight months.
An influencer with now 347,000 followers, Holly works with brands such as Space NK, Net A Porter and Charlotte Tilbury.

Holly and Adam met in 2021 on Strictly Come Dancing, where Adam starred opposite Holly’s sister Matilda.
The influencer unveiled a new tattoo in January this year which she got matching with Adam.
After studying fashion at Ravensbourne University, she dropped out after a year and was admitted to Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone after suffering PTSD from sexual assaults.
A while after, in 2019 she signed with Established Models; a model agency based in London.
In summer 2021 Holly launched a podcast called 21& Over but after 13 episodes it was discontinued.
