Fashion District NW and Tacoma’s LeMay – America’s Car Museum are hosting from 6-11 p.m. on July 27 the sixth-annual Couture and Cars Fashion Show.
The museum will transform to accommodate a runway showcasing the work of designers from all over the Pacific Northwest. Each outfit will be complemented by iconic, luxe automobiles.
The show plans to display a range of styles, from elegant evening gowns to more avant-garde creations, a release from the museum noted.
Included among the evening’s designers are Jackeline Scollyn, a Seattle-based designer who focuses on wedding gowns and bridal accessories, and Ayo Collections, who aims to capture the essence of modern African fashion and style with bright prints and patterns.
