Netflix is bringing your favorite shows to life!

Netflix recently announced the launch of its new massive entertainment venues, which promise to indulge fans in their favorite shows. These “Netflix Houses” are set to feature themed gift shops, extravagant events, and restaurants. Stationed inside revamped department stores, the “Netflix Houses” will open doors at Dallas Galleria and King of Prussia Mall near Philadelphia. According to Netflix, each venue will span over 100,000 square feet and will debut in 2025.

“At Netflix House, you can enjoy regularly updated immersive experiences, indulge in retail therapy, and get a taste, literally, of your favorite Netflix series and films through unique food and drink offerings,” Marian Lee, Netflix’s chief marketing officer, said. “We’ve launched more than 50 experiences in 25 cities, and Netflix House represents the next generation of our distinctive offerings. The venues will bring our beloved stories to life in new, ever-changing, and unexpected ways.”

Additionally, the “Netflix Houses” will build on its previous success with popup events dedicated to shows like “Money Heist,” “Bridgeton,” and “Squid Games.” These permanent venues aim to give fans a year-long immersive experience where they can dive deeper into their favorite Netflix shows and characters.

To add to its appeal, outside each house, fans will also be met with sculptures and a mural featuring characters from popular series on the streaming company. However, once inside, fans will experience songs from different shows and can enjoy dining at a restaurant that serves dishes inspired by shows worldwide.

Nevertheless, the “Netflix Houses” launch is the latest effort to revamp traditional streaming as the industry faces tighter profit margins. As a response, Netflix has taken a step back in producing original shows but has tapped into its video game lineup with the introduction of mobile games from the “Grand Theft Auto” series. Netflix has also got involved in many partnerships, collaborating with companies like Williams Sonoma on a range of “Bridgerton”-themed dinnerware, paper products, foods, and linens.
