It can be hard trying to lose weight.

Some fitness fans opt for a workout regime, while others try a diet. But even if you’re on a tight schedule, it could be difficult seeing results after a while. Now one fitness influencer recently showcased her incredible 19-week transformation.

Lauren, who boasts 93,400 Instagram followers, embarked on a calorie deficit where she dedicated months of hard work to her fitness regime. She told fans how she finished the job and managed to see her weight drop by 5.4kg (11.9lbs).

In a post, where she shared a side-by-side snap, she said: “And just like that the deficit is complete. 19 weeks of hard work and dedication is over and I am so ready to be on holiday next week. Weight drop: 5.4kg / 11.9lbs.

“I have had some events during the process, and a week off at Centre Parcs, but I stayed active during my time off and made sure to track when I could and listen to my hunger cues for meals I couldn’t track.”
