Fall Guys update breaks one of its simplest Xbox achievements

Must read

It’s not looking good for the Fall Guys achievements as the game’s Fall Forever update appears to have broken one of Fall Guy’s simplest Xbox achievements, leaving a black mark against the free Xbox game.

Fall Guys Big Bully Xbox achievement broken after Fall Forever update

On May 7, Mediatonic rolled out The Fall Forever update for Fall Guys, which added a new mode and a bunch of quality-of-life features. The update also made sweeping changes to the physics in Fall Guys, making those colorful little beans you control more maneuverable in the air and making them more resilient to being knocked over. However, it appears Mediatonic has beefed up the beans a bit too much.
Players are reporting that they can no longer unlock the Big Bully achievement, which simply requires you to knock another player over. This was one of Fall Guys’ easiest achievements to get and could easily be popped by diving into someone as they jumped. However, since the physics change on May 7, players say it is now impossible to pop Big Bully. Looking at our data, we can see that this achievement was unlocking consistently right up until the update was released. This also appears to be the case on PlayStation, where players on Sony’s platform are also reporting issues with Big Bully.

Mediatonic and Epic Games have yet to formally acknowledge the discontinued achievement. That said, Fall Guys is pretty well supported, so hopefully, we don’t have too long to wait for a fix.

In similar news, Epic Games and Psyonix recently fixed a discontinued achievement in Rocket League, which was broken several months ago when the developer pulled the plug on player trading.
