Must read

Neha Sharma‘s Instagram handle is a great source of fitness motivation. Whether it’s practicing yoga, lifting weights, or doing cardio, the actress does it all. Recently, the actress shared a new video on Instagram, sharing her experience of an ice bath. As she attempts to lie down in the tub wearing a black swimsuit, she feels the extreme cold and tries to get out, but her friends encourage her to stay. She sits by the side for a while. Seconds later, we see her fully immersed in the ice-cold water, with only her face above the surface. A stopwatch shows that Neha stayed in the tub for almost three and a half minutes. Well done, Neha. After she stepped out of the tub, the actress said “My body feels so good. So I would highly, highly recommend an ice bath.” In her caption, she wrote, “This felt amazing.” An ice bath offers several benefits. It reduces muscle inflammation and alleviates muscle pain. Additionally, it is excellent for the immune system and enhances blood flow. Cold exposure also helps in relieving stress and uplifting the mood.

Before that, the actress uploaded a video of another “cold plunge.” In the clip, she is seen wearing a red swimsuit, fully immersed in a tub with ice floating on the surface.
