Britain’s Got Talent act Trixy left judge Alesha Dixon red-faced and lost for words when he exposed a major flaw in her “live” performance during the last semi-finals.
Magician Trixy took to the stage and used Amanda Holden’s phone to pull off his stunning magic trick where he used random numbers from the judges to predict the date and time to be shown.
However, during his act, Trixy seemed to reveal to viewers at home that Dixon had pre-recorded her performance and left her lost for words when trying to respond.
Involving the judges with the act, Trixy first asked Bruno Tonioli what time he woke up this morning, to which the former Strictly star revealed it was 8.45am.
Moving on to Dixon, Trixy said: “Alesha… lovely performance by the way,” leaving her to awkwardly respond: “Thank you…” and the audience to cause a ruckus.
Trixy then asked how many people were in the audience, to which she confidently replied 3,000.

Whilst Trixy continued his act, many people flocked to their social media accounts and picked up on the innocent mistake made by the act.
One penned: “Trixy accidentally dropped it in that Alesha’s performance is pre-recorded”
“The magician giving away that Alesha has pre-recorded her performance,” another added before a third penned: “Not the act giving away that Alesha was pre-recorded and her awkwardly laughing it off.”
When it came to the performance later in the show, eagle-eyed viewers quickly noticed how the “live” sign had disappeared from underneath the ITV1 sign.

Outraged they still went ahead with claiming it was live, one viewer found it funny and noted: “Trixy literally exposed that Alesha’s performance wasn’t LIVE but they still act like it was anyway.”
Another expressed: “Why not just be honest and say it was recorded earlier rather than try and treat the viewers as idiots 1) no Live sign 2) Trixy gave it away when he said good performances at the start of the show.”
“The editing of this Alesha Dixon performance to try and make it look live is hilariously bad,” another noticed before a fourth penned: “Do ITV think that we were born yesterday?!
“We know it wasn’t live so why are they pretending that it is with Alesha not in the chair!” (sic)

The episode flop comes after viewers threatened to complain to Ofcom about Holden’s “inappropriate” comments towards act Messoudi Brothers.
After they completed their juggling act, Holden said: “I am just asking on behalf of a friend. But if you were in the final what else would you take off?”
The brothers awkwardly laughed and said: “There’s not much more than we can take off it is a family show.”
