Madonna is facing allegations by a fan of making her Celebration tour inappropriate for some audiences, without any prior “warning”.
According to Page Six, a moralistic fan has filed a legal lawsuit against the Like a Virgin singer for allegedly subjecting her Celebration tour audiences to “pornography without warning.”
Justen Lipeles, who was a concert goer at Madonna’s show in Inglewood, Calif., back in March, sued the Queen of Pop because he believed that the concert was too inappropriate.
He accused the singer of forcing the audience “to watch [half-dressed] women on stage simulating [gross] acts,” as per a complaint obtained by the Blast.
The videos of the singer’s tour circulating online displayed dancers giving lap dances onstage, and involving themselves in other inappropriate activities.
Lipeles added, “Forcing consumers to wait hours in hot, uncomfortable arenas and subjecting them to pornography without warning is demonstrative of Madonna’s flippant disrespect for her fans.”
Lipeles reportedly claims that his lawsuit is not only against the show being overly-sexualised, but something else too.
In addition, he claimed that the 65-year-old Frozen singer turned off the stadium’s air conditioning, causing him and other attendees to begin sweating heavily. He also claimed to have fallen at one point.
