Man United make late change after dressing room injury ahead of FA Cup final

Must read

Casemiro withdrew from the Manchester United squad for the FA Cup final after he aggravated an injury during his warm-up in the dressing room.

The Brazilian was listed among the United substitutes in teamsheets handed out at Wembley but United’s social channels omitted Casemiro and had Willy Kambwala down as a substitute instead.

United sources say Casemiro was not fully fit heading into the weekend and he will sit out the final with a muscular injury.

It is understood United made the late change to their bench after they submitted their 20-man squad at 1.45pm. The teams were confirmed at 2pm.
