Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou has been named as one of ITV Sport’s pundits for Euro 2024.
The 58-year-old has enjoyed a strong start to life at Spurs, guiding them to a fifth-place finish in his debut season, and will offer his insight on this summer’s tournament in Germany.
ITV made their announcement on Wednesday during his side’s controversial post-season friendly against Newcastle in Australia.
The broadcaster took to X to say: “Happy to have you onboard, mate!”
Roy Keane, Ian Wright and Gary Neville are just three of the other big names with will joining Postecoglou as a pundit for their coverage.
talkSPORT’s Sam Matterface and Ally McCoist have also been named as commentators at Euro 2024.
Of course, talkSPORT will also have you covered for the tournament with a star-studded line-up and live commentary of all 51 games.
Postecoglou’s first year in the Premier League has certainly provided its challenges despite a solid final standing.
Spurs went ten league games unbeaten at the start of the season and sat top of the table before losing 4-1 at home to Chelsea.
This was the start of five matches without victory as they slipped down from the summit and into the top four race.
Form from New Year’s Day onwards was fluctuant and they lost five of their last seven matches to miss out on Champions League football.
But they will still play in the Europa League next season given they finished fifth having not played in Europe at all this campaign.
One Spurs fan thanked him for a brilliant season, but Postecoglou is aiming higher as he replied: “Thank you, we’ll be better next year.”
But before the new campaign kicks off, Postecoglou will star on TV screens across the country for Euro 2024, which kicks off on June 14.
