Jack Whitehall and Roxy Horner confirm engagement with sweet video

Jack Whitehall and his girlfriend Roxy Horner have confirmed their engagement.

Roxy took to Instagram on Friday (December 20) to share a Reel of her recent “highlights” of the year, which included a sweet clip of Jack popping the question.

In the video, an engagement ring balloon, with an actual engagement ring attached to it, was hung on their Christmas tree.

After reaching for the ring and placing it on her finger, Roxy shared a smiling photo of the her hand after saying “yes”.

The post also featured footage of the couple enjoying a romantic getaway, as well as their trip to Winter Wonderland with their one-year-old daughter Elsie.

“How could I fit in a whole year of highlights in one video? Here is a snippet of the last 2 magical months of 2024, feeling utterly blessed,” the post’s caption read.

Jack and Roxy’s friends and fans quickly took to the comments section to share their well wishes.

“Congratulations darling,” said former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan, while a fan wrote: “Omg a very big congratulations to you, so happy for your next chapter.”

“Congratulations to you both, beautiful way to end the year and celebrate Christmas,” another added, while a third said: “Just so happy for you guys!!”

Jack and Roxy have been together since 2020. In May 2023, they announced on social media that they were expecting their first child, before welcoming their daughter Elsie four months later.

“Utterly overwhelming and joyous in ways I couldn’t have even imagined,” Jack wrote on Instagram at the time.

“Having vowed I’d never be that guy I am now 100% going to be the parent that shows everyone endless pictures of their kid.”

Jack will next appear on screen alongside Jennifer Saunders in new UK-set comedy Night & Day, as well as James Wood’s upcoming psychological drama Malice. Both projects premiere on Prime Video next year.
