Beam me up, Becky Lynch.

Former WWE Women’s World Champion Becky Lynch (real name Rebecca Quin), took to social media and announced that she was “beaming in” to the first season of “Star Trek: Starship Fleet”, which will stream on Paramount+.

Lynch noted that when you’d already been champion of the world, there was only one place to go next, and that was to the stars. She said that it had been “the most incredible experience” acting alongside a “spectacular” cast and crew.

The cast includes Holly Hunter, Kerrice Brooks, and Bella Shepard, as well as guest stars Paul Giamatti, Gina Yashere, and Tatiana Maslany. The series is expected to premiere in late 2025 or 2026.

Becky Lynch is no stranger to the acting world. She has been in two films, and she was a stunt double in “Vikings” before she appeared in “Billions” and “Young Rock”.

Lynch has been absent from WWE since the May 27 episode of WWE RAW. She entered free agency in June, and there is no official word on when she will return. However, Becky Lynch attended the WWE/Netflix event earlier this month. She is widely expected to return by the time WWE RAW moves to Netflix in January.
