An I’m A Celebrity medic was forced to step in and help Coleen Rooney during a trial.
The ITV programme returned to screens on Tuesday (December 3) with Ant and Dec back at the helm, to check in on the latest batch of famous faces in the Aussie jungle.
And during the latest instalment, it was time for the remaining famous faces to battle it out to win a ticket to Cyclone, which would guarantee the winner immunity from the next two vote off.
Danny Jones, GK Barry, Richard Coles and Coleen Rooney were the first to face the Arcade of Agony. The celebs each had grabbing machine loaded with balls to win. Every ball they won from the grab machine would contain a number of tickets that they could deposit into the ticket collection box.
Every go on the grab machine required a coin, which they had to retrieve from a box of fish guts. They had ten minutes to try and win as many tickets as they could.
The two celebrities with the most tickets at the end of the Trial would go through to the final round and they’d be one step closer to winning the ticket to Cyclone.
As this was a Bushtucker Trial, they were joined by plenty of critters in their grab boxes. What’s more, each celebrity had a star for camp hidden in one of the balls, equating to one meal for camp.
But things took a horrifying turn for Coleen at the end of the trial. When their time ran out, Coleen came out of her grabbing booth and said: “I’ve got one in my ear!”
Ant and Dec then got the medic in to take a closer look and remove it safely with a syringe. A critter then crawled out her ear as Ant watching on said: “Oh my god! It just jumped out!”
Fans were left squirming at their screens over Coleen’s ordeal. On X, one person said: “That bug in Coleen’s ear!.” Someone else wrote: “That was horrible! Poor Coleen.”
A third penned: “The way it just crawled out of her ear I’m sick!”
I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! tonight at 9pm on ITV1, STV and ITVX
