Zoe Ball has revealed she wakes up most days in pain because of a jaw problem caused by her temporomandibular joint (TMJ).
The BBC Radio 2 presenter, 54, who is stepping down from her breakfast show next month, said the condition has resulted in her starting the day with “awful headaches from tension and jaw clenching”.
