Usually, the release of a more powerful version of a console means that games will run better. And that’s exactly what happened with the introduction of PlayStation 5 Pro, as some developers have updated their games for the Pro version, and thanks to the built-in technology of the console, games play better even without a special update. However, there is one exception to this story and it is related to Silent Hill 2.
Here’s What We Know
Players are massively complaining that the Silent Hill 2 remake on PS5 Pro works much worse than on a regular PS5. However, they are also very outraged by the fact that publisher Konami and developer Bloober Team have been silent for more than 10 days and have not commented on the situation at all.
Mostly, players complain about texture problems and visual bugs and try to reach the authors in all possible ways on Reddit or Twitter, but they are still waiting for a response. So for now, it’s better to play the horror on a regular PS5.
This is “PS5 Pro Enhanced.” This is false advertising, blatantly. This is WORSE standard PS5.
