Kate Middleton sparks concern with ‘tired’ appearance: ‘Everyone needs to be worried’

Princess Kate appeared “tired” during at the Remembrance Day Service, according to actor Christopher Biggins.

Speaking on GB News, Biggins discussed the royal making back-to-back public engagements.


Kate, 42, cut a sombre figure as she took her place on the balcony above the Cenotaph on Sunday, but the GB News commentator said her appearance left him feeling concerned.

“I think she made a great effort”, he told Eamonn Holmes and Isabel Webster.

“It was important because the Queen wasn’t there and her husband was there presenting a wreath, so I think it was important the family was there.

“But she didn’t look very well. Everybody worries about her and everyone needs to worry about her.”

Isabel waded in to suggest Kate’s supposed weariness could simply be put down to a bad night’s sleep as she looked “fantastic” the night before.

“I want to be careful not to put more pressure on her because she must be stressed about coming back into the public”, she said.

“Everyone will be trying to analyse everything.”

The princess joined King Charles and Prince William at the Royal British Legion’s Festival of Remembrance at the Royal Albert Hall on Saturday evening.

Missing the events was Queen Camilla, who is recovering from a chest infection.

On Sunday, Kate viewed the Remembrance Sunday service from a government building balcony overlooking the Cenotaph in a rare public showing.

She watched as Charles laid the first wreath at the Cenotaph in recognition of the fallen from conflicts dating back to the First World War.

Other floral tributes followed from members of the Royal Family, Sir Keir Starmer, other political leaders and foreign diplomats.
