However just hours later, the departures from the event were slightly less glam, as celebrities piled into taxis outside Claridge’s hotel in London’s affluent Mayfair.

Cat Deeley looked tired after a long evening, but still had a smile on her face as she strut out of the event, with a woman carrying her fur coat.

The This Morning star, 48, cut a dazzling figure in a dramatic gold sequinned gown that highlighted her svelte physique.

Elsewhere, Rivals star Bella Maclean put on an animated display as she stepped out of the hotel in a sheer black dress.

Earlier in the evening, guests including former Game Of Thrones actress Sophie Turner, Love Island host Maya Jama, and Jodie Comer joined Victoria Beckham, 50, on the red carpet.

Victoria looked typically stylish in an elegant ivory silk trouser suit while posing with her award shortly after accepting the accolade from her 13-year old daughter, Harper.

Victoria’s proud mother Jackie Adams and sister Louise were also present to watch her receive the honour, presented in recognition of the global fashion empire she developed from the ground up following her departure from The Spice Girls.

Sophie showed off her endless pins in an eye-catching white fringed mini dress as she posed for snaps at the swanky event.

The Game Of Thrones star accessorised her look with simple black pointed-toe heels as she joined a star-studded lineup at the ceremony, where she was set to receive the Performance honour.

Meanwhile, Maya cut an edgy figure in a fun black leather midi dress as she made her grand entrance for the occasion, highlighting her incredible figure in the form-fitting look.

Model Erin O’Connor also cut an elegant figure in a silver metallic two-piece, ditching the matching cover-up to show off her revealing dress as she arrived at the ceremony.

While she was deemed as the guest of the honour for the evening, Victoria Beckham opted to skip the red carpet, in favour of making her grand entrance at the event itself.

Ahead of being awarded the Entrepreneur award at the ceremony, Victoria also sat down for a candid new interview with Harper’s Bazaar UK, admiting she no longer cares about being a celebrity after turning 50 as she passes the baton to her daughter Harper.

Speaking about protecting her privacy, she said: ”You have to go through those times to make you, ultimately, who you are. We’ve kind of figured out how to be quite discreet, which is just how we want to conduct our lives right now.

‘I suppose it used to be fun to go out and be chased by paparazzi walking down Bond Street – and you would dress knowing you were going to get that. I don’t want that any more.’

‘I’ve been doing this too long. I suppose I did when I was growing up but, nowadays, there’s just too much going on; too busy; too many kids to worry about. I woke up at 50, and I gave a s*** less.’

While she may be keen to step away from the spotlight, it has been reported that Victoria and David have plotted a secret multi-million pound career move to launch daughter Harper, 13, into the industry .

Harper has already made it known she wants to follow in the footsteps of her fashion designer mother and hopes to create an ‘amazing brand’ when she’s older.

And it appears her famous parents are edging her one step closer by setting up a business to funnel any future earnings for the rising star.

Discussing Harper’s upcoming appearance in her new Netflix documentary, she said: ‘It’s slightly more targeted on the entrepreneur, the designer of the brand. It’s not going to be as personal. I realise that I am a bit of a travelling circus, even when I’m at work, but this is very fashion-focused.

‘And, obviously, there’ll be elements of the kids, you know – Harper’s going to come in on Monday and do her fitting for the show.

‘So they’ll film that. But it’s really shining a light on the business, especially for America. That’s the main reason for doing this.’

Last year Victoria turned 50 and said she now doesn’t care for being in the public eye as much.

She told the magazine: ‘You have to go through those times to make you, ultimately, who you are.

‘We’ve kind of figured out how to be quite discreet, which is just how we want to conduct our lives right now.
