Mrs Hinch has announced she and husband Jamie are expecting their third son, just two months after admitting she was still struggling with grief following the sudden death of dad Alan.

The cleaning influencer, 34, real name Sophie Hinchcliffe, took to Instagram in emotional post as sons Ronnie, five, and Lennie, three, painted the news of the new arrival on a wall in their home.

Mrs Hinch joked there would be more ‘carnage’ ahead by adding another boy to her brood, before showcasing her blossoming bump.

Slipping into skin-tight black workout gear she lovingly cradled her tummy while posing in front of her bedroom mirror.

Mrs Hinch then shared in a gushing post that she was convinced her third son was a gift from her father in heaven.

‘The world looks different, feels different, smells different, just everything is different,’ she said in her stories in August.

Sophie announced her father’s death on Instagram in May, writing that he ‘passed suddenly but so peacefully whilst he slept.

‘My life, our whole world, has been turned upside down. A deep unimaginable pain I cannot put into words.’

Sophie continues to struggle with her grief as she told her fans: ‘I thought I was doing alright or managing a bit yesterday.

‘And then I had a dream last night… I don’t understand how we have this grief that is with us all the time but when you try and do better you’re sort of knocked back on the floor again.’

‘I really want to do better but I can’t. I don’t know if anyone’s got any advice on starting again every few days it seems.’

Mrs Hinch is best known for her cleaning tips and organisational hacks and she discovered her passion for all things DIY through Alan.

As a child she would watch New Yankees Workshop with her father and the pair would dream of having a similar workshop themselves.

Then, when the family moved in 2021, Sophie surprised him with his own dedicated space and tools after he retired – something he had wanted ‘since he was a little boy’.

Describing the workshop as the ‘most emotional part of the house’, Alan created his own workshop bench and stool and the pair pinned up a whiteboard to write out their upcoming projects.

Sophie ordered all her dads favourite tools for the workshop and shared her excitement to upcycle as much as she could alongside her father.

She wrote: ‘I just can’t wait for us to upcycle and make things in here together. Dad has worked so hard his whole life to look after us all and I felt like I could finally give him something back.’
