Netflix has given us all a Friday treat by revealing the first-look image of Barry Keoghan in the Peaky Blinders movie.
It was announced in August that Keoghan was joining Cillian Murphy in the eagerly-awaited movie, alongside fellow newcomers Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Roth and Jay Lycurgo.
We still don’t know who Keoghan is playing in the movie, but this first look at his character might confirm that he’s one of Tommy Shelby’s gang.

The Peaky Blinders movie started filming last month, and we’ve already had a first look at Cillian Murphy’s return as Tommy Shelby.
We don’t know too much about what the plot will be, other than that it’ll be a continuation of the BBC show and is set during World War Two.
Murphy isn’t the only cast member returning for the movie, as Stephen Graham and Sophie Rundle are back as Hayden Stagg and Ada Thorne, respectively, alongside Ned Dennehy, Packy Lee and Ian Peck.

There are familiar faces behind the scenes, too, as Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight has written the movie, and Tom Harper – who directed episodes of the show’s first series – is directing the movie.
Murphy previously promised that the Peaky Blinders movie is “one for the fans”.
“It seems like Tommy Shelby wasn’t finished with me,” he said. “It is very gratifying to be re-collaborating with Steven Knight and Tom Harper on the film version of Peaky Blinders.”
If you can’t wait for the movie to arrive to see more of Murphy, he is currently back in UK cinemas with Irish drama Small Things Like These.
Netflix’s Peaky Blinders movie does not yet have a release date.
