Coleen Rooney cut a sporty figure as she headed to her local gym in Cheshire, amid reports she is set to join the next series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

The wife of footballer Wayne Rooney, 38, sported a green jumper and black workout leggings as she carried a Game Ready cold therapy unit into her gym on Tuesday.

She teamed her workout gear with a warm black bomber jacket and sported a pair of black-and-white New Balance trainers.

The mother-of-four looked ready for an intense workout as she styled her dark tresses up in a low bun and went makeup-free.

It comes amid reports that she has been offered the biggest deal in the show’s history, exceeding Nigel Farage‘s £1.5million from last year.

And the news that she could be signing up to I’m A Celebrity has sparked much excitement, with hopes that Coleen will spill the beans on her epic fallout with Rebekah Vardy in the jungle.

She is also thought to be getting the ‘ultimate revenge’ by signing up, with her arch-rival, 42, being booted out early in the 2017 series.

After the news broke of her reported jungle entry, Rebekah instructed her lawyers to be primed and ready to pounce on her fellow WAG in the event Coleen reignites their bitter feud.

But despite fans being desperate for Coleen to tell all about the Wagatha Christie drama on the reality show, it’s been reported that she is not taking any chances.

Rebekah is said to be on high alert and is keen to remind ITV bosses and the show’s hosts, Ant and Dec that she owns the trademark to the phrase Wagatha Christie.

A source told The Sun: ‘Becky was absolutely agog to hear Coleen was doing I’m A Celeb and fears a whole new round of allegations about their WAG war.’

‘What’s more, she knows Ant and Dec will make her the brunt of their jokes and be desperate to jump on the Wagatha Christie phrase.’

‘A very close eye will be kept on everything ITV air.’

To make sure that nothing goes wrong, the star has instructed her lawyers to keep a close eye on Coleen while she’s in the jungle.

But Coleen will also have full support from friend and football legend Ally McCoist in I’m A Celebrity as they’re both set to appear in the jungle.

Ally, 62, was said to have cheered on Coleen during the Wagatha trial and Ally waded into the drama at the time, to say he’d ‘love to be a fly on the wall’ in Rebekah’s Leicester City player husband Jamie Vardy’s dressing room.

Speaking on his talkSPORT breakfast show at the time of the explosive legal battle, he said: ‘If they’re men at all, they’ll get right into him. You’d love to be a fly on the wall in that dressing room.’

Ally – who is also an outspoken supporter of Coleen’s husband Wayne Rooney – is reportedly high up on Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly’s radar to appear in the show this year despite him turning down the opportunity to do the show twice before.

TV presenters Ant and Dec are desperate to get the Scottish pundit to star in this year’s line-up, according to The Mirror.

Ally was previously in talks to go in the jungle in 2019 and 2022 but, despite insisting he wouldn’t be scared of heights or snakes, he backed out because of his fear of cockroaches.

The former footballer admitted: ‘I’m not a fan of cockroaches. The bit where you jump out of the helicopter or plane at the start – I’d like to do that. But then the rest is downhill.’

‘You don’t really know until you’re there, but I actually think being in the coffin with the rats and snakes – from where I’m sitting right now – I don’t think that would bother me that much.’
