Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs has been accused of molesting six more people – including his first alleged underage victim and a man who was working at Macy’s flagship NYC store.
Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee filed six new lawsuits on behalf of two men and four women on Monday the latest in Comb’s criminal lifestyle since he was indicted last month on sex trafficking and federal racketeering charges.
The two male victims were part of the 120 accusers who recently came forward alleging that the hip-hop mogul sexually assaulted them between 1995 and 2021.
In the suit, one of the men, who was 16-years-old at the time, claimed that Combs molested him at the singer’s 1998 white party in the Hamptons. Combs is said to have done so after the youngster – who was a year below New York’s age of consent – asked for advice on breaking into the music business.
Combs ordered the boy to drop his pants and proceeded to molest him, the suit alleges. The star is said to have told his alleged victim that such behavior was a rite of passage for aspiring musicians and added: ‘Don’t you want to break into the business?’
He said he complied out of fear.
The other victim, identified as John Doe, claimed he was ‘orally raped’ by Combs in the stockroom of the Macy’s Flagship store in May 2008.

All six lawsuits were filed in the Southern District Court of New York under the city’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, as per Rolling Stone.
John Doe claimed he was working in the Macy’s concession of Ecko Clothing – a rival to Combs’ clothing line Sean John – and was inside the stockroom when Combs, and three of his bodyguards entered the area.
The man recalled being struck in the back of the neck and when he fell down to the floor – and was on his hands and knees – that is when the alleged assault began.
Combs quipped, ‘Suck my d**k Ecko,’ as per the lawsuit.
He then continued the sexual act by thrusting his penis into the victim’s mouth.
The suit states, that Combs proceeded to ‘forcefully, and brutally, orally rape the plaintiff.
After the assault ended, the victim claimed that Combs and his entourage of bodyguards made threats towards him. Combs remained on the retail floor handing out Sean Jean merchandise ‘as if nothing happened,’ the lawsuit stated.

The victim claimed that he tried to report the alleged assault to Macy’s security but no action was taken.
He was later fired by Ecko, but it is unclear the reason for his termination.
A third anonymous victim alleged he’d suffered a sex attack at Diddy’s 2006 white party in the Hamptons.
In the suit, the man claimed that he was hired by MASS security to work Comb’s White party in the Hamptons. He alleged the rapper offered him alcohol throughout the night.
It was during his second drink when he started to feel ‘extremely ill.’ He said that he ‘leaned against his truck for support’ and later made the realization that he was drugged.
While he was unwell, he claimed that Combs ‘pushed [him] into an open van,’ and overpowered him. The suit stated that the man, ‘struggled to escape’ but Combs ‘ held him down, and sexually molested him.
The victim pleaded for help, but Combs reportedly said ‘you’ll be alright.’
Since the heinous attack, the man who describes himself as an ‘All-American guy’ said there is ‘not a day goes by without thoughts of the traumatic incident.’
The six new lawsuits follow a dozen other complaints that were filed over the last year that allege Combs subjected people to sexual abuse throughout his career, including horrific allegations by his ex-girlfriend Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura last November.
It was quickly followed by several more accusers stepping forward and a criminal investigation that led to Combs’ indictment by a grand jury last month.
A report described Combs as violent to women for decades and has used his power in the entertainment industry to silence his victims.
Many have compared him to the Jeffrey Epstein of music.
Former friends, acquaintances, employees, Bad Boy artists and industry insiders told Rolling Stone that Diddy is a menacing figure who uses his public celebrity-adored persona to hide a pattern of sexual abuse and violence.
According to the report, Diddy’s history of sexual abuse traces back to before his music career started, with women who knew him at Howard University saying he showed signs of an abusive personality even then.
