Strictly Come Dancing’s Pete Wicks and Jowita Przystał looked tense as they rehearsed their routine ahead of this weekends live show.
The duo were spotted at the dance studio in North London on Wednesday where they practised for ten hours.
Pete, 36, and Jowita, 30, are set to perform a Quickstep to A Town Called Malice by The Jam – with the TV personality revealing on Instagram that it has been his hardest week yet.
Going over their routine, the pair were seen discussing the steps before going over the dance again and again.
Pete dressed practically in a black vest top with his long hair pulled back and out of the way as he got to work.

Pete has revealed he hopes to do a tribute to his late nan Doreen during his time on Strictly.
The former TOWIE star lost his beloved grandmother in 2022 and believes she would have loved to have seen him compete in the Latin and ballroom BBC show.
Pete’s nan Doreen helped raise him in Harlow after his parents separated and was a huge support as his mother struggled with her mental health during his childhood.
Speaking about what she would have thought about her taking part on the show, he said on the High Performance Podcast, released on Wednesday: ‘She would have loved it.
‘I don’t think she ever imagined that I’d be doing ballroom dancing on a Saturday night.
‘Hopefully there’s one song that we might be doing which is very, very special to me at some point, if I’m in long enough, which is going to be a bit of a tribute to her.’
Last week, Pete and his professional partner Jowita danced the Samba to George Of The Jungle and scored 26 points.
He added: ‘She had the best sense of humour, so she’d have found it hilarious watching me strut around like a t*t.’

Pete admitted that his grandmother’s death had a profound impact on him and made him start to think about his Lothario lifestyle and why he struggles to commit in a relationship.
He explained: ‘I lost my nan, and that’s what kind of made me think about looking back at things and reflecting on things to work out why I’m the way I am now.’
Pete previously described Doreen as his ‘best friend’ and said she was his ‘biggest support’ during his turbulent teenage years.
Writing his memoir, he said: ‘The day she died, I had been in London seeing friends. Mum called me and told me I needed to get to the hospital quickly.
‘Mum and I sat either side of her, holding each hand. I can remember the last words she said to me as if it were yesterday: ”You’re my soulmate”.’
Strictly continues on Saturday on BBC One at 6.20pm.
