A brave young boy ran to save his grandmother from an enraged bull that had attacked her moments earlier.
CCTV footage shows Angoori Devi, 70, going for a stroll down the street when a stray bull randomly charges at her, throwing her violently to the ground.
As the bull stands over the elderly woman, her grandson Jatin runs to help her.
At this point the bull tries to attack him too, but he pushes through to get to Angoori.
The youngster pulls her away, but the bull charges at them both, causing the pair to fall over.
A neighbour then rushes out with a stick to scare the animal away, before the video ends.
After the frightening incident, which happened in the town of Mahendragarh, in Haryana, northern India, Angoori Devi and Jatin were taken to hospital.
Angoori Devi underwent surgery for a fractured hand, which included having a rod inserted.
Meanwhile, locals hailed Jatin for his quick thinking and heroic actions.
Earlier this week a jogger in Sabah, Malaysia was left in a pool of her own blood after being attacked by eight otters.
Witnesses said they surrounded the middle-aged woman and bit into her legs.
