GORDON Ramsay has revealed his buff body for a photoshoot just months after a horror accident left him badly injured.
The chef, 57, showed off his chiselled chest for the session with Men‘s Health magazine.
Ramsay was snapped in the middle of a press-up exhibiting his sculptured figure for its September edition.
Men’s Health also got the celebrity chef to pose in a dark blue vest top and t-shirt.
He was also snapped wearing a navy blue lycra-clad cycling outfit and gym gear.
The chef opened up to the magazine about the effects of his recent bike accident, why fitness helps him in his drive to succeed, and how starting with nothing in life has influenced his outlook on wealth.
It comes after the Scot revealed his horrific bruised torso following a terrifying crash, for which he credited his bike helmet for saving his life.
He took to his Instagram in June in his chef whites to share the shocking update with his followers.
At the time, Gordon wrote: “With #FathersDay tomorrow I have very important message for all the dads out there…WEAR A HELMET !
“This week I had a really bad accident while riding my bike in Connecticut.
“I’m doing ok and did not break any bones or suffer any major injuries, but I am a bit bruised up, looking like a purple potato.”
In the video, he lifted his chef’s top to reveal his entire side was a black and purple bruise.
He added: “I’m thankful for all the doctors, nurses and staff at Lawerence + Memorial Hospital in New London who looked after me and checked me out, but most thankful for my helmet that saved my life. Have a great Father’s Day and be safe Gx.”
In the video, he stressed the importance of wearing a helmet and admitted the accident “really shook me” and added: “Honestly, I’m lucky to be here.”
As he continued to share what happened, his hands twitched anxiously, and he confessed he was “in pain.”
