Former Page Three model Samantha Fox will be sentenced today for drunkenly grounding a British Airways flight to Munich.
Fox, 58, had been due to stand trial after reportedly assaulting her wife Linda Olsen on a flight from Heathrow to Munich on December 3, 2023.
The incident reportedly stopped the London to Munich flight from taking off, but it is understood the assault charge was discontinued after changes to the evidence meant there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction.
While Fox denied assault, she pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly and using threatening behaviour, causing harassment, alarm or distress to a police constable during a court hearing in April.
She will be sentenced for the two charges at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court today.

Fox spent the night in jail after the ‘drunken bust up’ on the flight from Heathrow to Munich.
The Page 3 star had boarded the flight to Munich when she allegedly got into a boozy row with a fellow passenger.
Sources told The Sun that Fox ‘kicked off’ on the plane, forcing it to turn around on the runway and abandon takeoff in London.
Police confirmed that a woman in her 50s was arrested on suspicion of being drunk on board an aircraft and has been bailed until March.
Fox said she is ‘deeply sorry for any disruption caused’ and is helping police with their investigation.
While Fox spent the night in jail, her fellow passengers spent the night in a hotel before making the journey the following day.
