EastEnders spoilers follow.
A new EastEnders trailer has revealed a first look at The Six’s trial week.
The dramatic footage foreshadows tense court scenes as Linda Carter, Sharon Watts, Stacey Slater, Suki Panesar, Kathy Beale and Denise Fox prepare for Dean Wicks’ murder trial.
The Six previously framed Dean for the murder of Keanu Taylor on Christmas Day after Linda accidentally killed Keanu while he was trying to strangle Sharon.
In upcoming scenes, Sharon will have to take the witness stand to give evidence against Dean where she faces tough questions from Dean’s defence counsel.

Dean believes that his sister-in-law Linda must be involved in Keanu’s demise and has been working with Bernie Taylor to force her confession.
Bernie recently started sending anonymous threatening messages to Linda. The constant harassment has threatened Linda’s sobriety and weighed on her already guilty conscience.
EastEnders star Scott Maslen has teased that The Six will face tough times ahead as Dean goes on trial. His character Jack Branning knows about The Six’s involvement in covering up Keanu’s death and has helped them avoid discovery.
“There’s obviously the ongoing scenario with The Six and trying to maintain some form of control over what they’re doing,” Scott told Digital Spy.

“He’s a policeman, and it’s handy to have a policeman in this situation to guide them a little bit. And he’s involved now, he’s in. So the stakes are very high, that’s where it’s going. It’s simmering at the moment, but we’re going to get to a boil.”
Will Dean Wicks be convicted of murder?
