Mr Clarkson took aim at a photographer on social media days after RAZ Brize Norton reminded drones it is illegal to fly over restricted zones without permission.
The warning from RAF Brize Norton said: “RAF Brize Norton’s aerodrome is surrounded by a drone Flight Restriction Zone (FRZ).
“It is illegal to fly a drone within our FRZ without approval from air traffic control and station operations.”
Following the warning, Mr Clarkson wrote to a photographer on X (formerly known as Twitter) about flying a drone over his newly opened pub.
@PicsTrimble When you fly your pap drone over our pub, it’s in Brize controlled airspace. And you might become the story if you bring a KC-135 down.

The former Top Gear host bought The Windmill pub in Asthill, near Burford for around £1,000,000.
He has since renamed it The Farmer’s Dog and opened the doors to the watering holes on Friday (August 23) to massive queues.
