Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will reportedly launch on PlayStation in 2025

While we’ll hopefully find out when exactly we’ll be able to start collecting the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle achievements tomorrow, but before then, we have the obligatory pre-Gamescom rumor mill. According to recent rumors, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a timed Xbox exclusive and is apparently expected to launch on PS5 sometime in the “first half of 2025.”

As reported by Nate the Hate on X, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will apparently launch on Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Xbox Game Pass in December, before heading to PlayStation in 2025.

“MachineGames’ Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will release on Xbox & PC this holiday (Dec) as a timed console exclusive,” Nate the Hate says. “After this timed-exclusive window expires, Indiana Jones & the Great Circle is planned to come to PlayStation 5 in the first half of 2025.”

Last week, rumors surfaced suggesting that Microsoft could announce another “big” Xbox game for PlayStation during Gamescom this week, which kicks off with Geoff Keighley’s Opening Night Live tomorrow — where we’re hoping to get an Indiana Jones and the Great Circle release date. At the time, it was speculated that Forza Horizon 5 was the game in question, but now it appears that Indy’s unreleased adventure could be the “big” game in question.

Microsoft is set to have quite the presence at Gamescom this year, with over 50 first- and third-party Xbox games on the docket.
