Katie Price’s damaged ‘Mucky Mansion’ goes on sale for seven-figure sum amid bankruptcy arrest warrant

Must read

Katie Price’s mansion has gone on sale for £1.5 million, but it seems the famous “Mucky Mansion” has seen better days.

The 46-year-old made headlines earlier this week when a warrant for her arrest was issued for missing a court date as she fled to Turkey, and now her former property is being advertised on the market.

Photos show how parts of the home have fallen into disrepair, but piles of rubbish left behind by Price have now been cleared, with the lawn also mowed.

The kitchen’s walls are marked from the cupboards’ removals, and a media wall Price had created with a giant TV has been torn down.

The moss-ridden pool has also been emptied, with a metal fence surrounding it.

An online advert for the property states it could be transformed into an “impressive family house”.

The listing doesn’t mention how former glamour model Price is the property’s latest owner does state: “A substantial detached family home including three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one-bedroom annexe.”

It continues: “Offering the opportunity for refurbishment to potentially create an impressive family house with mature grounds including potential reinstatement of the tennis court and swimming pool and enhancements of the paddock and land.”

Price revealed plans to renovate her loft last year, which she had intended to use as a photography studio, but it now sits empty.

It comes after Price and her children were booted out of the “Mucky Mansion” in June after she was declared bankrupt over an unpaid tax bill for the second time this year.

Round-the-clock CCTV and security guards are being used at the property, which Price, who was once worth £45million, moved into 10 years ago.

In 2022, Price documented her attempts to renovate the home in Channel 4 series, Katie Price: Mucky Mansion.

Speaking to The Sun recently about how someone had fly-tipped on the property, the mother-of-five explained: “It would have cost me £800,000 to do it and it was a police investigation and I thought, ‘Do you know what? I don’t want to do it, it’s not going to add value to the house.’

“So it was a question of, I can either give the keys back and they can sell the house and whatever they sell it for at the market value then I get what’s left.”

It comes days after Price failed to attend a hearing relating to her bankruptcies on Tuesday, so Judge Catherine Burton issued a warrant for her arrest.

The TV personality instead seemed to jet off to Turkey. Price has been battling a £760,000 unpaid tax bill after being declared bankrupt in March.

She was served an eviction notice that ordered her to leave her mansion by the end of May before bailiffs swooped.
