Katie Price has warned off any potential new owners of her Mucky Mansion, which has gone on sale for an asking price of £1.5million.
The glamour model, 46, purchased the £2 million pad in Horsham, West Sussex, in 2014 but had many problems with the home over the years, including break ins, structural issues and reports of ‘seeing ghosts’.
Katie was evicted from the property in May in the midst of her bankruptcy woes.
The star’s home was repossessed after she was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill, and she has since moved into a £5,000 per month new Tudor-style property.
And in an exclusive interview with MailOnline last month, Katie insisted that it had been her choice to vacate the premises and warned that the mansion is cursed.
The mother-of-five insisted: ‘I’ve been wanting to get out of my old house for absolute years. It’s been nothing but hell in there. I’ve not had any luck in that house, ever!’

Katie continued: ‘I hate that house. Whoever buys it, I warn them, they will get bad luck there.
‘It is absolute cursed. My anxiety got worse with that house. There was a point when I couldn’t even walk up the driveaway without having a panic attack.
‘I had therapy about the house. I should never have gone back there. Now I’m out of it it’s the best thing I’ve ever done.’
In May, Katie shared pictures of two men she feared were trying to break into her Mucky Mansion – just days after she was forced to call police over another gang of strangers outside her home.
Katie posted alarming doorbell footage on Instagram of an intruder approaching the front door before walking away.
She followed it up with a picture of him and a second man as well as a photo of a white Ford they had parked on her driveway.
Sussex Police told MailOnline it had received a report of ‘suspicious behavior involving a possible break-in’ at around 9pm. The two men were searched and given ‘words of advice’ before being released after no items were found, police said.
It marked the latest incident to take place at the Mucky Mansion, which became the subject of a Channel 4 documentary when she attempted to install life back into the property for the last time.

Katie also revealed how someone had snuck into her property in the middle of the night and splashed a corrosive substance over the Range Rover which had some of its pink paint stripped off.
She revealed: ‘There is 24 hour security now at the property for protection.’
Estate agents H.J Burt are handling the sale of the property with piles of rubbish left behind by Katie now cleared.
However, the property appears to be in need of some repairs as photos show damage to its outside walls while there are marks in the kitchen from where cupboards have been pulled out.
A media wall with a flat screen TV in one room has been ripped out while the back of the house looks like it could use a fresh coating of paint.
Photos also show Katie’s moss-ridden pool has been emptied with a protective fence now placed around it.
An online advert says the property has the potential to become an ‘impressive family house’ for prospective buyers.
The ad does not mention the home’s famous former owner.
It says: ‘A substantial detached family home including three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one-bedroom annexe.’
‘Offering the opportunity for refurbishment to potentially create an impressive family house with mature grounds including potential reinstatement of the tennis court and swimming pool and enhancements of the paddock and land.’
Katie was served an eviction notice that ordered her to leave by the end of May and has since moved into a new home.
The former glamour model was absent at a scheduled £760,000 bankruptcy court hearing on Tuesday, having flown overseas to Turkey to undergo facial surgery.

Despite being evicted from her mansion, Katie previously insisted that ‘everything is sorted’ with her second bankruptcy.
She bought the property in Horsham, West Sussex, in 2014 from Tory peer Francis Maude for £1.35million but the home fell into disrepair, leading to her 2022 Channel 4 renovation show, Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion.

An arrest warrant has since been issued, with Katie admitting she’s ‘doing the best she can’ to rectify her financial issues after receiving ‘very clear warnings’ that she needed to attend court.
In a statement posted on Instagram on Tuesday, Katie wrote: ‘Whilst I’m currently aware of the severity of my current personal financial situation with my ongoing bankruptcy, I am today shocked that whilst away working for a documentary on corrective surgeries that I should find myself yet again headline news.
‘The media in my opinion once again are trying to cause continued humiliation to myself and family.
‘There are far greater and more pressing issues going on around the world that are more important and I’m sure most people are bored reading stories that are constantly misrepresented.
‘I have I am continuing to to cooperate with the relevant people on matters to the best of my ability which will be addressed after my return from work.
‘Despite consistent stories trying to humiliate me on my personal misfortunes, I am neither embarrassed or ashamed. I own my situation and I am trying my best to work my out out of it and put matters right.’
Katie added that she is currently going through ‘challenging times’ and is doing ‘the best I can’ for the sake of her family.
She wrote: ‘I have to continue in my work in order to satisfy these bankruptcy orders which is all I am trying to do right now. I am however not running from matters and will continue to take matters with great seriousness.
‘I am doing the best I cam to rectify things during extremely challenging times. Once again I would like to highlight there are far greater and more news worthy stories.
Katie confirmed for the first time on Thursday that she’s finally moving out of her Mucky Mansion after she was served an eviction notice to leave the property
‘I will continue to work on my mental health disorders for the sake of my self and my family and do the best I can.’
In May, Katie claimed on her own podcast that she has been signed off from appearing in court for her mental health, after receiving backlash for missing her last bankruptcy hearing to go on holiday to Cyprus.
She had been due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court in May, but at the start of the hearing, lawyers said that she had told them at the last minute she couldn’t attend due to health issues. A judge described this excuse as ‘scanty’.
Katie then jetted off on holiday to Ayia Napa with her MAFS star boyfriend JJ Slater , facing public backlash after being spotted sunbathing together by the pool.
Taking to her podcast, The Katie Price Show , Katie hit back and claimed she had been signed off from court because she was ‘mentally not strong enough’.
She said: ‘Everyone is like “oh she’s missed bankruptcy and she’s gone on holiday!” No, let me address it.
‘The court knew that I wasn’t going to my bankruptcy, because mentally – my consultant at The Priory – I’ve been signed off for any kind of activity for court.
‘I’m mentally not strong enough at the moment to stand in court, be cross examined in front of the media and public.’
She went on: ‘I am taking my bankruptcy so serious, like I do everything else. It’s a very serious situation I’m in and it does look like “oh she’s just gone on holiday”.
‘No, my head at the moment needs a break. I had four days in my diary where I was able to go away.
‘When I say I’m not mentally able and stable to stand in court at the moment because I have a lot of things going on behind the scenes I’m dealing with.
‘Hence, I haven’t been on TikTok for months, since December, I’m only doing what my body and brain will let me do at the moment.’
She continued: ‘I am taking the bankruptcy seriously. It’s not like I’ve jetted off on a bloody five star holiday. I’m not in a £760 a night hotel.
‘It’s not my fault that my friend came to this hotel a week before me and told them that I was coming and to look after me. So when I came here they upgraded me for nothing, this holiday was actually a very cheap holiday.’
Katie then added that she wouldn’t be going to her next hearing and that she was getting a signed letter to allow her not to appear.
She said: ‘There is another court hearing and I won’t be going to that either. I want everyone to know I’ve had a letter from my trustees.
‘Before I went away on holiday I had an hours conversation with my trustees who handle both of my bankruptcies and explained fully my situation. Since then I’ve had a letter from them and a letter from court.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Katie shared a clip showing a huge pile of things in her living room that she was set to sell
‘[My consultant] has now given a list of things I need to do to discharge me and suspend me from this which has to be signed off by a lawyer.
‘I’m back today, I have the appointments with my consultant, my therapist and everyone around me who will be signing me off legally.’
It comes as Katie appeared to share a snap of herself on a plane munching a sandwich just hours before her looming court hearing on July 30.
Posting on Instagram , the debt-riddled beauty model shared a picture of her snack, adding: ‘Crisp sandwich is the best.’
It is believed Katie – whose £2million ‘mucky mansion’ was recently repossessed – was joined on the jaunt by pal Lou Anderson.
As entrepreneur and influencer Lou shared the news she was heading to Turkey for a tummy tuck next week, Price seemed to confirm she would be joining her as she replied: ‘Yes girl turkey here we go’
Lou then replied with a series of clapping emojis and wrote: ‘Come on my girl’.
According to The Sun a court official disclosed earlier this week that the case against Price was still listed for 10.30am.
She could now be taken into custody having failed to appear at court.

Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Catherine Burton said Price had received ‘very clear warnings’ that she must attend the hearing on Tuesday.
The former model was due to face questions about her finances in the specialist bankruptcy court in London from barristers representing the trustee of her two bankruptcies.
A judge at a previous hearing said Price risked arrest if she did not attend further court dates, adding evidence must be provided if she could not appear.
Issuing the arrest warrant, Judge Burton said Price had ‘failed to attend today’s hearing’ and had provided no explanation for her absence.
She said: ‘It is in my judgment necessary that the court issue a warrant for Ms Price’s arrest.
‘She has no real excuse in failing to attend today’s hearing.’
She continued: ‘The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.’

Judge Burton said that an arrest warrant was not issued ‘lightly’ but that Price had offered only ‘piecemeal co-operation’ and failed to provide the ‘most basic information’ in relation to her bankruptcies.
Price was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05 after first being declared bankrupt in 2019.
She was then served an eviction notice that ordered her to leave her Mucky Mansion by the end of May and has since moved into a £5,000 per month new Tudor-style property.
However, last week she claimed ‘everything is sorted’ with her second bankruptcy after being evicted from her Sussex bolthole.
Insisting she now knows ‘how to deal with issues,’ the model promised to ‘never hit rock bottom again’ in an interview with Channel 5 News on Monday.
Speaking on the programme, she said: ‘I’m doing really, really good. I’ve learned a lot about myself, a lot about mental health and obviously being diagnosed with the severe ADHD, learnt a lot about that, which I wish I knew years ago.
‘It becomes noise in your head, and then you just can’t cope with it, you think there’s no light at the end of the tunnel and then that caused depression, then a breakdown, suicidal, ended up at the Priory.’
