The singer, 36, was spotted on a rare outing with her sports agent husband, 42, as she spent some downtime in the city.
Her UK outing comes amid talks she is moving back to Britain following her ‘big break’ from music.

While Adele’s fans are eagerly preparing for her string of shows at a specially-made venue in Munich next month, the star has also sparked confusion by announcing that she is taking a ‘big break’ from music.
The singer revealed last week she has no intention of making any new material anytime soon and also confessed that she plans to take a break following her string of Las Vegas residency dates.
But her loyal listeners have been quick to point out one detail about her albums on Twitter after she made the comments as they said she already has huge breaks between her albums.
She has so far released records 19, 21, 25, and 30 to correspond to events at that age in her life.
30 was released in 2021 while 25 was released in 2015 – making a break of six years between albums.

Adele made the unexpected announcement to her fans this week as she prepares to bid farewell to her Las Vegas residency after two years of shows.
Adele recently took a break from her residency in June, however, the star is set to perform a run of eight shows at a bespoke venue in Munich.
The series of shows will kick off on August 2 and will continue through until August 24.
However, ahead of the shows, Adele has confirmed that she has ‘no plans’ to make any new music after the residency ends.
She told German Outlet ZDF: ‘I don’t have any plans for new music at all.’
‘I want a big break after this and I think I want to do other creative things. Just for a little while.’
While previously discussing her mini-residency Adele admitted it was ‘a bit random, but still fabulous.’

She added: ‘I couldn’t think of a more wonderful way to spend my summer and end this beautiful phase of my life and career with shows closer to home during such an exciting summer.’
The eight concerts in Munich will be set in an open-air environment that has been exclusively created just for the shows and will hold a capacity of 80,000 people.
The Someone Like You hitmaker will return to Las Vegas in October until her residency comes to an end in November.
It has also been reported that despite splashing out a lavish new mansion in the US the singer plans to move back to the UK once her residency is over.
The star and her partner Rich bought Sylvester Stallone’s $58million Beverley Hills mansion two years ago, but have knocked most of it to the ground in a huge rebuild.
Adele moved over to Los Angeles back in 2016 and previously said she did so to get more for her money, but after eight years it appears that there has been little progress in renovations to her lavish Beverly Hills mansion.
Adele’s assistant Rose Moon moved back to the UK a few weeks ago and is currently organising the singer’s return too, The Sun reported earlier this month.
Discussing the megastar’s move back to London, a source said: ‘It is all part of a wider return home and once her Las Vegas shows finish in November she has said she will be coming back.’
‘Rose has already moved back to the UK and Adele will be following her. Just like the football, it seems Adele is coming home.’
The source also claimed Adele is a ‘Brit through and through’ which has inspired her desire to return to her roots.

Adele previously told British Vogue that she invested in three Beverly Hills mansions in order to get better value for her dollar.
‘The kind of house I have in LA I could never afford in London. Ever,’ the Tottenham native told the outlet.
Adele said that she had ‘looked at houses’ in London before coming to the conclusion and moving Stateside in 2016.
‘It’s like hundreds of millions of pounds,’ she said. ‘I don’t have that much money at all. I’d throw up.’
Sylvester previously revealed how a statue of his character Rocky from the 1976 American sports drama film, which overlooks the huge outdoor pool, helped secure the deal.
The actor had been planning on taking the stoneware with him, when Adele insisted she wanted it to stay with the property.
He told the Wall Street Journal: ‘She said: “That’s a no deal. That’s gonna blow the whole deal.” She wanted the statue.’

Adele is now ripping up the massive mansion and making it her own in a huge renovation project.
Pictures of construction show the 18,587 square-foot home has been completely remodelled, two years after the star purchased the property with her husband Rich Paul.
Adele, who is yet to move into the property two years after purchasing it, is reportedly paying ‘millions’ for the extensive list of renovations, including adding a five-car garage and a fire-resistant roof to the pad.
Adele already has 11-year-old son Angelo with ex-husband Simon Konecki but told fans while on stage at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas back in May that she is hoping to have a daughter.
The singer said: ‘Once I am done with all my obligations and all of my shows, I want to have a baby.
‘I want a girl because I’ve already got a boy. I feel like she might be like the person I love the most in the world, but also probably hate the most in the world — that is what I feel will happen. She’s going to put me in my place all the time, isn’t she?’
The Rolling In The Deep songstress joked the little one will end up being a ‘bossy little queen’ because of the parents she will have.
She said: ‘With me as her mother and Rich as her father, she’s going to be a bossy little queen, isn’t she?’

Adele last performed in the UK in 2022 as she headlined two nights at the BST in Hyde Park in London to a 65,000-strong audience.
Last year, Adele also revealed a reason she may not want to move back to the UK.
She told The Hollywood Reporter: ‘I get really bad seasonal depression, so the weather [in LA] is good for me. It is strange sometimes, because I’m very British.
‘Because it’s a bit harder for me to go out nowadays, what I love the most about LA is everyone goes to each other’s houses. I like that.’
