Seven Transport for London Services (TfL) are either delayed or closed this afternoon (July 14). This could spell catastrophe for those hoping tot ravel around the capital to watch tonight’s Euro 2024 final with their mates.
The disrupted services are:
Bakerloo line – Minor delays Elephant & Castle and Queen’s Park due to train cancellations.
DLR – There is a part closure this weekend between Bank / Tower Gateway and Canary Wharf / Canning Town, or between Stratford and Canary Wharf.
Hammersmith & City line – Severe delays due to train cancellations.
Jubilee line – There is a part closure this weekend between West Hampstead and Stanmore.
London Overground – There is no service this weekend between Highbury & Islington and New Cross / Clapham Junction / New Cross Gate.
Metropolitan line – There is no service this weekend between Aldgate and Harrow-on-the-Hill and no stopping service between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Northwood.
Waterloo and city line – The line doesn’t run on weekends.
To make matters worse, there is also a ‘do not travel’ warning on Great Western Railway (GWR) from 6pm today. It will affect services between London Paddington and Bristol, and London Paddington, Swindon and Cheltenham / Gloucester.
