Watch Dogs multiplayer achievements appear to be unlocking on Xbox 360

Must read

All of the Watch Dogs (Xbox 360) achievements can apparently now be unlocked, as players are reporting that the Xbox 360 Watch Dogs multiplayer servers appear to be online again. If you’re yet to complete Ubisoft’s open-world Xbox game, you now have a chance.

The Watch Dogs Xbox 360 servers seem to be working again

The Xbox 360 servers for Watch Dogs appear to be rocky at the best of times, with its matchmaking servers working intermittently. Players have been able to access private matches with their pals since the game launched, but unfortunately, you can’t unlock the multiplayer achievements without being online. As reported by TrueAchievements members in our Watch Dogs Xbox 360 forums, and shared on Reddit, the servers are back up and running for the time being, offering us another window to dive in and grab the multiplayer achievements. The community is helping each other unlock the online achievements, so it’s certainly a great idea to hop in there if you’re looking for the completion.

Watch Dogs has five online achievements: Hackification, Piggyback, Superhighway, Stealth Cookie, and Traced. We’ve seen multiple players unlock the achievements since yesterday, so if you’re missing any of these, now is a good time to boot up the game and grab them. If you do decide to try your hand at these achievements, we’ve seen a few players set up Gaming Sessions here on TA.

Due to Watch Dogs having an Xbox One version, the Xbox 360 version isn’t backwards compatible. The game has been permanently discounted on the Xbox 360 and can picked up for $3.99 / £4.99 / €3.99 until Microsoft sunsets the 360 store on July 29.

Many non-backwards compatible Xbox 360 games have been discounted on the 360 store, so now is the perfect time to flesh out your collection before it disappears for good.
