A shopping centre has been forced to slap up a “no gnomes” sign after a TikTok star keeps popping up at the spot.
Internet sensation @Crawly_Possessed is causing a stir on TikTok by zooming through eateries and retail outlets while donning a bright green gnome outfit, leaving fans in stitches. Crawly’s antics even landed him a guest appearance alongside musician Oliver Tree.
People have been left in stitches thanks to the mischievous gnomes – who got even more cheers when a chivalrous knight character started booting Crawly out of various venues. But it looks like the shopping centre’s management isn’t sharing the giggles.

Snapped by a user and splashed over social media, the anti-gnome notice read: “The locals in the mall where the wizard guy (Crawly) films his tiktoks, started putting these signs.”
Initially, it seemed like a serious ban, but turns out it’s a crafty marketing stunt, with companies jumping on the TikTok trend bandwagon.
In a cheeky twist, makeup giant MAC spoofed the famed gnome, showing their own gnome-like makeup pen being cast out. Meanwhile, Twitter peeps are buzzing for a glimpse of Crawly facing off with the sign in full gnome garb.
One eager Twitterati commented: “I wanna see a vid where he walks up to the sign, shakes his wand angrily and then walks away.”
It comes as another user shared one of the many viral TikToks from Crawly and says members of the public have “started fighting back”. The clip showed the gnome character being shoved, along with his cameraman, out of the store.
Some reckon it’s gone too far, with one writing: “He has been harassing this mall FOR MONTHS.” Others reckon it’s hilarious, with one writing: “I find this funnier than the OG. The way they walk him out like a toddler.” Crawly has since been spotted with viral titan IShowSpeed.
