Jacqueline Hooton, 61, from West Sussex, can lift up to double her own weight, and is on a mission to help other women feel strong. Even osteoarthritis can’t stop the personal trainer from proving that age is just a number, as long as you’re willing to put the work in.




She’s recently opened up about how she decided to embrace her grey hair, and focus on active ageing. Even though she’s a busy grandmother-of-three, she uses her downtime to smash weights and run marathons.
